This section of the Australian Corporations Act (2001) deals with member oppression and circumstances where there is a loss of confidence in the board and senior management. We drew on this section when dealing with the challenges that crystalised in 2017 with CPA Australia and document our experience for the public interest of the Transition Strategy Team (TST) in 2017.
